Today, my work is done with a 4x5 view camera, primarily. My field kit consists of the following:

• Tachihara 'Wood Field', weighing approximately three pounds.

• 180mm f-5.6 Fujinon in Copal-0

• 210mm f-5.6 Schneider Symmar-S

• 300mm f-9 Nikkor in Copal-1

• Pentax 1° Digital Spot Meter

• Minolta Spotmeter-F, 1°

• Toyo 3.5x Loupe

• Toyo Dark Cloth

• Manfrotto 3221WN aluminum tripod with Kaiser 'Medium' Ball Head and Arca-Swiss clamp

• Filters most often used are B&W Pro Series 81-b, polarizer, and Singh-Ray Graduated Neutral Density filters.

• Lowe-Pro 'Nature Trekker-AW' backpack.

I also use a 645 medium format camera. The kit consists of the following:

• Mamiya 645-E camera

• 55mm f-2.8 Mamiya lens

• 80mm f-2.8 Mamiya

• 150mm f-3.5 Mamiya

• 210mm f-4 Mamiya

• Pentax 1° Digital Spot Meter

• Manfrotto 3221WN aluminum tripod with Kaiser 'Medium' Ball Head and Arca-Swiss clamp

Film Preferences:

• Fujichrome Astia 100-F and Velvia-100 in Quick Load and cut sheets (4x5) and in 120 rolls for medium format.

• Fujicolor Pro 160S color negative film in Quick Load and cut sheets (4x5).

• My film is sent to A&I in Los Angeles, California for processing

Film Scanner:

• My current scanner is a Microtek-ArtixScan 1800-f.

• I use Silverfast-AI or Scan Wizard-Pro scanner software

About My Prints:

• Prints in sizes smaller than 12x18 inches are made in-house on my Epson R2400 inkjet printer using Epson Ultrachrome K3 inks. Larger prints are made by West Coast Imaging, to my specifications. Please see my Prints page for more information.
